This is ORPEUS # 1, published in 1971, an excellent but short lived fanzine (formerly ASPECT) edited by Steve Moore and Steve Parkhouse.
It’s a rather SCARCE BRITISH FANZINE with brilliant illustrated articles/ interviews/ sketches / drawings/ strips & period photographs.
This issue features:
– The strip story Thong by Steve Parkhouse;

– The strip story The DESERT by Steve Moore & Steve Parkhouse;
– A wonderful article by Chris Lowder : All this & Conan too: A Tip of the Hat to Robert E Howard, illustrated by Barry Windsor Smith;
– Sterling by Carlos Giminez.
Item is in excellent condition. Minor spots covers. Tiny creases top right pages. White, clean & unmarked internal pages. No tears/ clean staples/ tight binding.
A very fine copy indeed.
